When the theme of this year's award was announced as Driven Females, we sat together as a team and came up with a list of our women in Ottawa we know to encapsulate the true meaning of driven. We wanted to share their story to celebrate their success, as well as showcase their journeys so that aspiring women can find inspiration, motivation and hope.The women we chose come from all different backgrounds in many different career fields.
